For more than two decades, Chris has helped financial powerhouses like Visa, U.S. Bank, Capital One and TD Bank discover ways to motivate consumers to act. He has experience working for industry leaders like MRi, The Ignition Network, Leo Burnett, DraftFCB, and PromoGroup. 

McGuffin Creative Group is a marketing and advertising agency dedicated to banks, financial services and healthcare organizations investing to grow their brands and motivate sales. 

Before joining McGuffin, Chris launched a digital promotion agency, Slant Marketing, and grew it to more than 25 people. An expert in marketing and promotions, Chris is frequently quoted in trade publications and is a featured guest on podcasts offering insights into how technologies impact consumer interactions with brands. Chris serves on the AMA Chicago Board of Directors, as Director of Sponsorship since 2019 and is the chapter’s next President-Elect. Chris also currently serves on the ANA Midwest Chapter’s B2B Committee, has served on the ANA Promotion Committee, and participated as a speaker at the ANA Law Conference. Currently, Chris serves as secretary of the local school council at Newberry Math and Science Academy in Chicago. During his free time, you’ll find Chris playing tennis, cycling the lakefront, attending events around the city and hanging with his lovely wife and two adorable daughters.
