Do you spread your ideas around or leave them up at the same URL all day, every day?
That’s a question for bloggers.
How about the rest of you?
How far does your message travel?
Do you spread it or do other people do that for you?
Today a friend called in need of an updated resume. I told about someone I know that has a service. Simple.
No search, no shopping, only dialing and connecting.
It dawned on me that in that moment I became the service’s unseen movable platform.
I’m becoming more intentional about transporting ideas, making connections and getting out from behind the podium. How about you?

I’m trying hard to help people find the people, ideas, inspiration, tips and services they need. To be able to make such connection, I usually follow ideas around. From comments I get to blogs, then to business profiles, to answers to questions and so on. I sometimes discover amazing people with interesting stories and I share everything I consider worthwhile.
Most of those I know in the blogosphere and on other social media sites are also doing this. And you’re quite great at getting people introduced to each other, you’ve helped me connect with a few through twitter and this blog 🙂

One of the advantages of being a Baby Boomer and “late adopter” is to blend a huge people network and newer love of social media.
I have found it encouraging to be grounded in the value of sharing information via word-of-mouth networking and posting interesting newspaper articles and blog posts on various sites like Facebook, Twitter, Plurk, and Mashable.
