All creative materials – including ideas, plans, processes, content and artwork – are for the exclusive use of each CLIENT. Some materials and processes may be copyright protected and may not be reproduced. If selected and activated at any time, the Accelerated Marketing Plan and ALL PR Strategy plans are for CLIENT’s exclusive use; these consulting guides may not be transferred to any other company, organization or person. Success is based on the action that CLIENT takes. CoryWest Media, LLC can only guarantee satisfaction and makes no specific claims that advice or recommendations given will impact CLIENT’s business results. You get the tools you need to build your success plans.

Digital Downloads and Information Products

Did you download a digital product? Digital products will be delivered to you automatically at the time of purchase. If there’s a delay or you can’t find the link, please contact our customer service team at service@corywestmedia.com.

For items purchased on this site, please see each product’s individual return policy. In most cases, you will have up to 30 days to review a product and request a refund. If you purchased an item from another vendor, like Amazon.com, please refer to their refund policy.

Returns are a rarity. Digital downloads cannot be “returned.” If you download the link, you own the product. Most physical products and workbooks have a 30-day review policy. To receive a refund, the product must be returned and received in new condition.

Affiliate Products

Our policy is to disclose affiliate links on this site. Assume that all product and service recommendations have affiliate links, which means we will be compensated for your purchase. Many times you will receive a discount. We want you to pay the same price – or less – than you would at the site of origin. We only recommend events, products and services we trust. All purchases made via an affiliate link will be processed by the sponsoring company; please carefully review refund and return agreements before purchasing any product or service. And, contact the company you purchased services or products from directly with questions.

Physical Products [Books, Art and Courses] Returns

You have 30 days to return your purchase and request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item[s] must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital downloads and audio files may not be returned.

If you have purchased an information product like a course or an art piece like a photography print, to complete your return, you will need to include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@corywestmedia.com and send your item to: 407 Turner Glen Ellyn Illinois United States 60137.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 407 Turner Glen Ellyn Illinois United States 60137.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
